HEARTHSomeone actually stayed the night. Here's what they found.
Hearthstone auditors sleep in the properties we review — testing the water pressure, the Wi-Fi, the mattress, and everything else photos can't show you. Search your reference number or property address to see the full report.
Not sure where to find it? It's in the listing description or a message from your host. Try our sample: HS-1000
Why you can trust a Hearthstone report
We're independent
Hearthstone has no relationship with the booking platform and isn't paid by review outcome. We report what we find, good or bad.
We stay overnight
Not a drive-by inspection. Our auditors experience the property exactly as a guest would, room by room, appliance by appliance.
Every report is verifiable
Each audited property gets a unique reference number tied to one report. Nobody can fake or reuse a Hearthstone reference number.
Checked room by room
Every audit covers the whole property — here's a taste of what we look for.
