HEARTHAbout Hearthstone
Hearthstone was built on a simple idea: photos and platform reviews don't tell a host or a guest what actually matters for a good stay.
Who we work with
We work with mum-and-dad property investors and small short-term-rental management operators across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria — hosts who want an independent, credible check on their property before their busiest booking periods.
We're not set up for large hotel groups or chains, who already run their own quality assurance processes.
What makes us different
We physically stay overnight in every property we audit — the way a building inspector would approach a house, but focused entirely on guest comfort and experience.
