Tier Two Audit

$250+

A one night stay (provided by owner), travel and the audit fee apply. This Audit gives you an in-depth look at your accommodation offering. We stick to the basics and give it a thorough going over. We cook a meal, watch a movie, have a nap in each bed, and try each facility your home offers (bath, shower etc). We take min 2 photos of each room, and detail the comfort level of furnishing etc. The report will detail some suggestions for changes, points of focus for your marketing and suggestions around charges for each season. If you are looking for a detailed view of your accommodation and how to attract more guests, this is a great starting point.

A 2 night stay (provided by owner), travel and Audit Fee apply.This is the most detail you will ever receive about your accommondation!Over 2 days, we will investigate your home like it was under CSI control. We assess every inch of the property an detail anything and everything we find. Usually reserved for our most fastidious clients, this report set is a must have if you wish to compete in the market against the big players.This audit will include (but in no way stops at) a 2 night stay in your home, we cook a meal, we order food, we walk around the neighbourhood, check out the local sites, watch a movie, take a both, sit on the balcony, climb you tree, check out your yard and gardens, make tea and snuggle on the couch and take a nap .... the list keeps growing. Ultimately we do everything that normal people do at home, on holidays and just to relax. We leave no stone unturned.Our aim is to details even the smallest of items. We will drill down on each thing with focus and give you a report on whats good, whats bad and how to fix it, and how to get more from your property. We will put together a full report for you and streamline a guest facing report with all the best parts. We also send updates over the next 6 months on industry changes, best practices, pricing and of course market trends. We keep you in the loop and when we are in the area around that 6 month mark, we offer a return report for 50% off!You also get exclusive access to our auditor for the period, who will answer any of your questions and help you build your brand!

We give you a dedicated account manager/auditor who will assist in building or developing your accommodation offerings across the full year. They know the accommondation industry backwards and can give you all the support to have your properties compete with the big boys. Our aim is to give you the best possible result from your home, with continued support 7 days a week. This includes a quarterly stay and report on your home, a detailed cost to income analysis, marketing and branding tools, access to our webinars and support team, and a dedicated auditor that you can call at any time to chat about your accommodation.
